A 100% natural and additive-free process
We mature our hams using a traditional and 100% natural production process that, for five generations, has allowed us to produce a ham free of additives and preservatives thanks to curing only with sea salt.
Our Iberico sausages also follow a process that guarantees an additive-free composition. Unique pieces are made with natural ingredients such as sea salt, garlic or paprika, to preserve and enhance the special flavor that characterizes the artisanal Iberico ham from free-range animals.
