For five generations, our hams have been aged using a traditional, unique and 100% natural process. Because we cure our ham with only salt from the sea, we are able to produce a ham free of all additives and preservatives.

No additives
Our Iberian meats are also cured using an all-natural curing process which guarantees a product free of additives. Exquisite pieces of meat made with natural ingredients (sea salt, garlic, paprika...) to preserve and enhance the unique flavor that characterizes our sausages, all from our free-range Iberian pigs and produced in the traditional way.
